Supercuts Unlimited Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering the Supercuts Unlimited subscription. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in-salon. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Subscription Details

    • By enrolling in the Supercuts Unlimited subscription ("Subscription"), you authorize automatic monthly charges to the payment method provided during enrollment in-salon, until you cancel. The monthly charge amount varies by location, see participating salon for details.
    • The Subscription requires a minimum commitment of three months. If canceled before this period, an early termination fee equivalent to one month’s subscription charge will apply.
    • To cancel your Subscription, you must do so through your online account at least 7 business days before your next bill date to avoid the next renewal charge.
  2. Service Usage

    • The Subscription is valid only at the specific Supercuts salon where you enroll and is applicable for haircut services only.
    • It excludes other Supercuts services such as beard trims, neck trims, shampoos, blow-dries, styles, conditioning, color, and gray blending.
    • Non-haircut services will be charged at standard salon rates.
    • The Subscription does not cover synthetic and human hair wigs or additional services/add-ons, which require separate payment.
  3. Payment and Discounts

    • Monthly Subscription charges are charged exclusively to the payment method or credit card on file.
    • Loyalty points, coupons, and other discounts cannot be applied toward Subscription charges.
    • Subscription charges are non-refundable, regardless of service usage.
  4. Subscription Conditions

    • The Subscription is non-transferable and can only be used by the named account holder.
    • Violation of these terms will result in immediate cancellation of the Subscription without refund.
  5. Payment Method

    • If your payment method expires or is declined, Supercuts may attempt to re-charge and contact you for updated payment information.
    • Failure to receive payment will result in Subscription termination after the current term.
  6. Cancellation and Termination

      Upon cancellation after the initial three-month period or during a Subscription term, benefits will continue until the end of the current Subscription term.
  7. Changes and Termination

    • Supercuts reserves the right to modify or terminate the Subscription at any time.
  8. Communication

    • By enrolling, you agree to receive communications, including text messages and calls (including automated and prerecorded calls), from Supercuts and its franchisees regarding your Subscription.
    • All communications related to your Subscription will be sent to the email address or phone number provided during enrollment. You are responsible for updating this information in your online account if it changes.
