What is Supercuts Unlimited?

Supercuts Unlimited is a subscription-based program in which a customer can receive unlimited haircut services each month for a monthly recurring fee. Subscriptions are available for an initial minimum term of three (3) months, with monthly renewals thereafter. The subscription fee is charged monthly. The program is available in participating salons only and is valid only at the salon where purchased. It is solely valid for the original subscription-holder’s redemption. It cannot be transferred, gifted, or loaned to anyone.

How do I purchase or sign up for a subscription?

Guests can sign up and purchase a subscription in-person at a participating salon or online. To sign up, guests must provide a valid credit card for payment and agree to the Supercuts Unlimited Subscription Terms and Conditions.

Do all Supercuts Salons offer this program?

No, the Supercuts Unlimited program is available only at participating salons. Subscription haircuts can only be redeemed at the salon where the subscription is purchased and cannot be redeemed at any other salon.

Where can I use my subscription?

Subscriptions are valid for unlimited haircut services exclusively at the salon location where the subscription is purchased. They are valid during regular business hours and use is subject to salon schedule and stylist availability. See here for participating locations.

How do I use my subscription?

Your subscription can be used exclusively at the designated Supercuts salon where you purchased your subscription. Upon check-in you will notify your stylist that you are a Supercuts Unlimited Subscription member, and you will not be charged for your haircut service. Any additional services or retail purchases will be charged as usual according to the local salon price. You can add gratuity or tip your stylist in cash if desired just as you typically have for non-subscription services.

What services are included in my subscription?

The Supercuts Unlimited subscription is valid for haircut services only. It cannot be used for any other Supercuts services including but not limited to the following services: beard trim, neck trims, shampoo, blow-dry, style, conditioning, color, gray blending. Any non-haircut services will be charged according to the standard service price at the salon. The Supercuts Unlimited subscription does not include tips to your stylist.

Can I purchase a subscription for a child?

Yes, however the subscription price is the same for all guests regardless of age.

Can I still tip my stylist when receiving a subscription haircut service?

Of course! You can tip your stylist in salon via the regular checkout process or using cash as you typically have for a Supercuts service for which you wished to offer a gratuity.

How many haircut services can I redeem with my subscription per month?

Subscription holders can receive an unlimited number of haircut services with a subscription. However, subscription services are subject to redemption during regular salon business hours, salon schedule, and stylist availability. Subscriptions are valid solely for original subscription-holder’s redemption; subscription haircut services are not valid for multiple people and cannot be transferred, gifted, or loaned to anyone.

I didn't get a haircut last month. Can I get a refund or bank my unused services?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or credits if you do not use the unlimited haircut service. Since haircuts are unlimited each month, each guest’s subscription monthly fee is charged regardless of the number of haircuts redeemed per month. Therefore, subscription fees cannot be used toward future months and unused services cannot be gifted, transferred, or loaned.

Do I have to have a credit card to sign up and purchase a Supercuts Unlimited subscription?

Yes, a valid credit card is required for subscription purchase and recurring monthly charges. We are not able to accept Supercuts gift cards, coupons, loyalty points, or cash as payment for Supercuts Unlimited subscriptions.

Is there a minimum commitment for a Supercuts Unlimited subscription?

Yes. The minimum subscription commitment is 3 months.

How many months is a Supercuts Unlimited subscription valid?

After the initial three-month term, your Supercuts Unlimited subscription will automatically renew every month until you cancel. The subscription fee will be charged monthly based on the date of original enrollment. Subscriptions automatically renew on the 4th month following original sign-up date. For example, if you purchase a subscription on April 17, you will be charged on April 17, May 17, and June 17. After that, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis, and your monthly automatic renewals will begin on July 17.

What happens if I cancel my Supercuts Unlimited subscription before the initial 3-month commitment?

If you cancel before the initial three-month term has elapsed, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one month’s subscription charge.

How can I change my subscription?

You can edit your subscription by contacting your local salon where you purchased or signed up for subscription originally, or by completing the Contact Us form.

Can I pause or put my subscription on hold?

No, you cannot pause or put your subscription on hold. If you cancel your Supercuts Unlimited subscription, you must re-enroll in a subscription. The three-month initial term will apply for all new subscriptions, even if you previously canceled.

My credit card expired. What do I need to do to ensure my subscription stays active?

If your credit card has expired, you must update your subscription payment method in your online account to ensure you do not lose your subscription access. If your payment method is declined, Supercuts might retry your payment card and re-submit the charge for payment. Supercuts may also contact you via email or phone to have you provide updated payment information. If your credit card expires and you do not provide an updated payment method, your subscription will be terminated, and you will lose access to the unlimited haircut services.

How do I change my payment method for my subscription?

A credit card is required for payment for subscription access. If your payment method changes, you must update your method of payment by contacting or visiting the salon where you purchased your membership.

Can I use a Supercuts Gift card to pay for my subscription?

Gift cards cannot be used as payment for subscription. To enroll in the subscription program, you must provide a valid credit card, which will be kept on file and automatically charged the subscription price each month.

Is the Supercuts Unlimited Subscription valid for synthetic hair or human hair wigs?

No, the Supercuts Unlimited subscription is not valid for synthetic hair or human hair wigs.

Why do you need my email and phone number?

We require a valid email for renewal notices, identification purposes, and payment-related communications. You can manage your personal information and communication preferences, including for marketing communications, in your account on Supercuts.com or in-person at your local Supercuts.
